I am a social anthropologist and researcher. For a long time, I have been driven by a relentless curiosity to discover how other people understand their worlds and find out what shapes their reflections on who they are and the places that they live. I have recently finished writing a book, The Adventures of an Anthropological Explorer, that explores these themes in greater detail.
The rest is a life of kids, dogs, good food and a banjo.

I am a musician enagaged with a wide range of musical experiences. As a drummer, I have played in many bands across a myriad of different genres. As a music therapist, I have helped disabled people access music; providing fun and exiting workshops that are designed around person's specific needs and let's them explore their own expressions. Recently, as a composer and producer, I have been developing my own style of soundtrack music for film, TV and podcasts.
